When you’re cleaning out a house, a dumpster rental in the driveway streamlines the process. All your construction waste (such as yard waste, electronics, cardboard etc.) can be thrown into the bin and you do not have worry about sorting recycling material and waste yourself. We take all our bins to material recovery facilities where garbage is sorted and sent to appropriate recycling facilities. We also offer dumpsters for estate and foreclosure clean outs.

I'm comparing multiple dumpster rental companies. What kind of questions should I be asking?
When it comes to dumpster rentals, you must understand who is doing the heavy lifting (loading the bin), which materials are accepted, and whether your waste is getting recycling. Other questions to ask include:
- How much does it cost to rent a dumpster?
- How many days are included in the rental?
- Is disposal fee included?
- What items can I put in the bin?
- Are there any prohibited items or types of waste?
- Are there extra fees for drop-off and pick-up?

Do you deliver dumpster rentals to my area?
We serve most of British Columbia's Lower Mainland. If you need a dumpster rental in one of the key cities we serve or in a place relatively close nearby, we are happy to serve you.
Are there any restrictions on the types of waste I can dispose of?
For our mixed waste bins, the only items that we do not accept in our bins are drywall, food waste and hazardous wastes such as paint, gasoline, oils or chemicals of any kind and materials soaked or stained in such chemicals.
For our specific waste bins such as wood recycling, green waste, dirt or concrete bin only that material is allowed in the bin.

Can I get a dumpster rental delivered today?
Although we can usually accommodate same-day requests, we appreciate as much notice as possible to ensure you receive your bin on time. Generally speaking, if you order your bin before 9 am, we can have it delivered the same day.
Where can the bin be placed, and will it scratch up the ground?
Bins can be placed just about anywhere on your site (provided there is space), on the street or in your driveway with a few exceptions.
If you wish to place it in your driveway, we recommend you place wooden planks or plywood sheets to protect the driveways' surface from the rollers. Street placement is another option available depending on the city bylaws. Some municipalities require a permit to place bins on city streets, please contact your city hall for details.
When will you remove the bin?
At your convenience. You will need to schedule a pick-up as soon as you're finished loading the bin. We don't automatically come by to pick up bins when your bin rental period is up.
It's normal for people and businesses alike to extend their rental periods a few more days to wrap up projects.
What if I need a bigger bin?
We have a massive inventory of bin rentals available. We have all the most common sizes including the 8, 10, 20, 30, and 40-yard bins. Whether you need a bigger bin or multiple small bins, we have you covered.

How does your pricing work?
We try to make our pricing flat-rate and transparent. Included in the price of your bin rental is the drop-off and pick-up of the dumpster rental, and the delivery of waste to the nearest appropriate recycling facility. As facilities charge their own rates, we have included a disposal fee up to a certain weight in our base price for each bin. Additional fees may be added for weight overages and specific types of waste.
